Where You Use It
This dripper works well when plants are not evenly spaced. Instead of running a separate drip line for each plant, you run a mainline near the plants. Punch the dripper into the mainline at each plant location.
The dripper lets water out close to the stem. If a plant is farther away, you can connect a short piece of 4/7 mm tubing from the dripper to the plant.
How to Install
For punching directly into a mainline (usually 16mm or 13mm): use a punch tool to make a hole, push the barbed end of the dripper into the hole.
For end of tubing use: push the dripper into the open end of a 4/7 mm line. Adjust the top cap to direct water where you want it, up to a full circle.
Best For
Potted flowers, vegetable containers, greenhouse plants, nurseries, and landscape beds. The dripper saves water by putting it exactly where the roots are, not on empty soil.
