You want to feed a lateral that is 63mm. A 90mm x 63mm reducing coupling connects them. Use a 63mm x 50mm reducing coupling. Cut out the old damaged section. Insert the reducing coupling. The change in diameter can create extra pressure at the joint. That can put more stress on the smaller hose and the clamp. Make sure your clamps are tight.
